significance of thoughts

 

Hello everyone! So today we are going to talk about thoughts, thoughts that came all day long, sometimes for what sometime for what we think all day long, they never stops even when you are sleeping, they covert into dreams, but they never stops, they always run everywhere and as well as make us inner being run with them too.

It doesn’t matter where are you now you thoughts can go anywhere in the world, maybe you are now in Russia and your thoughts are hanging our in Japan. So now the question is what is thought actually is? Is the life is just a thought or something else? What are the significance of thoughts? To know the meaning of thought, we should first understand what thought is, actually all thoughts are belongs to our deep desires, what we desire for future or what we lost in the past are actually converted into the thoughts, you can check this, whatever you are thinking now has a very strong connection with your desire. Desires that we were unable to fulfil in the past or desires that we want to get in future. So thoughts are not the life, but a part of life, and we are tied from this thoughts, because they could be negative or positive, if you have less control on your thoughts than it is possible that for thinking about future you are suffering now because negative thoughts tied you up and make you suffer, and positive thoughts make us happy and strong as well as. So now thoughts are the part of life but not the whole life, which can be our best friend and enemy as well as. But they are not whole life, unfortunately life starts when thoughts stop, and when thoughts stop we wake up because desires get destroyed when you are fully awake, because in the waking up stage you just know what you need to do now. There is no future, and past is already gone far away from your hand. But if you are always running in the thoughts than it is important for you to check, that either they are helping you are destroying you, because if you run always to catch something as in today’s world western philosophy is “more is better” but they did not tell you how much, you must know the stop point, for example if you go somewhere from your home, you know the destiny, don’t you? What if you don’t know where to go, what will happen with you? Just like that because of the “ more is better” business world, everyone wants to get more, more from this person, more from this person, this “ more “ takes place in life, and desires come , and the more you have desires the more thoughtful you will be, and the more your inner being will run away far from you.

Note- I am not saying you to be agree with  me, I am saying my words, which have come with “ self evaluation” with myself with the help of Thinking” you can do it  than use my words as a mirror’.

So now how to control the thoughts or  them our best friend, now we know that thought is a desire that we want to fulfil in our future, to control the thoughts first you have to find out what you actually desiring about, is it just come as greed. For example, if you want to buy a new car because you want to show your friends that you have big car them, then it is you ego. And it is useless because it makes you a comparing person, and comparing make you worst, because you will lost your real self in this. So first work is to find our what useless desires you have, and to remove it instantly, also desires come from what you see on internet so be aware of them too. When something that doesn’t make sense and comes from ego or greed or lust, than it is the useless desire, that you should quit thinking , but if something come as to be something, to do something good for yourself and for others too than it is a good desire to think and work on, The only way to find out this all things is self- evaluation, self –evaluation will help you to think about the significance of  desires and thoughts and it will also help you to control the negative thoughts and for self- evaluation the process of self-evaluation is to think, see here thinking is useful for you because it is only way to do self-evaluation, but this is a good or this thinking make sense because it will make your life better. By asking questions to yourself, you can find out every answer, for example if you get angry without any reason? Than ask yourself why I get angry on small things? What is the cause?  Than you can find out the reason of it. So after sometime you will be able to control your thoughts or stop them as well as it will make you a more better person for yourself and for everyone around you too.

  2. А если остановить поток мыслей и желаний, то останусь ли я человеком? У меня же не будет желания помогать и творить добро. Я, всё чаще думаю об этом после медитации. Этот поток мыслей тоже нужно остановить?

    1. один раз себя первым. как только вы освободитесь от желаний, которые не имеют смысла, вы освободитесь от разума. В этом состоянии вы начинаете светиться и сиять. люди тянутся к вам и спрашивают, в чем причина этого свечения, и вы автоматически им помогаете. не думайте о помощи другим, помогайте себе, и все автоматически встанет на свои места.
