            Stop living a cluttered Life

Hello everyone this is the 2nd part of our series “be a man from the space”. Today we’re going to discuss
about how you are living a clutter life that effects your living in almost every way but you are not
aware of it that you are actually living a clutter life, so now the first question to ask from yourself is
to are you living a clutter life, Of course yes, in the world of information technology almost every
single part of our life is clutter, in the field of finance, in the eating habits and almost in every set or
every part of our life clutter ness effecting us. Let’s take a example in the field of eating habit, are
you eating right things that is good for your health? Next question are you spending money on the
things that is not important for you or you just use them once or twice and than they became
garbage? Are you putting the right information in your mind and that is good for your mind or that
makes you peaceful and happy, 80% answer will be yes, we are not aware of it, we are to busy in our
life that we are not actually aware of it, we are doing almost everything wrong and what is th result
sadness, bad health, mood changes, behavior changing, and other things, if we are clutter in our life
or in you are living life in a clutter way that our outer atmosphere distracts us and effects us In very
bad way, listen carefully “ we can not control what happens outside, or our outer atmosphere can’t
not controlled by us, if we are living a clutter life than every changes in the outer atmosphere effects
us that we can not control, but if we are living a well managed life than we can control our self in
every way , no outer storm can effect you until you are peaceful and well managed from the inside
whatever in the field of money, in the field of eating habits in the field of people’s behavior, it
doesn’t’ matter for you if you are well managed from inside. So now let’s talk about how to manage
yourself.
We will learn this together from some poing, some basic points that is almost give a part in our life --
1- Clutter in eating habits - How you are clutter in you eating habits, let’s analysis your habits you
know what you eat? How it made? If you are eating packaged food every day then you must know
it is not fresh, do you know that eating food before sunset helps you to digest the food and helps
to having a good sleep, it is also important that you should walk at least half hour after eating
food, it helps you to digest your food and stops you to being gassy, because if your food creates
gas in your body then it can makes you more restless, and than you will feel sleepy all day, and if
you have a busy life than avoid eating heavy food at night time. And be aware of what you eat,
don’t eat garbage, because it is very important for you to be aware from the things that is not
good for you.
2- Input clutter – Now this thing sound strange right? But input means what we put inside, I mean
the food we eat and the thoughts and the information we consume from our input devices like our
eyes, ears, hands, nose, mouth etc. these are the input devices of body, mow we are not aware
from it that what or which information we are putting in our mind? You are not aware of if, have
you ever try to observe what are you doing with your life? Whatever you are doing with your life
does it makes sense? Why you get angry on small things? You got distracted very easily by other
things than you should evaluate yourself, if you will evaluate yourself than you will find that you
really putting garbage in your mind too that is the reason of your misery. Now how to evaluate?
Do nothing, just sit silently and think about your all day activity, write things that you should
change and than remove the wrong things or wrong information that you are putting in your
mind, you will be good, by the way if you are getting better and more peaceful than you should
read books, more spiritual books, and other books in the field you want to make you carrer
3- Manage yourself – Now after you knowing that you are having a clutter life, now it is time to
managing yourself, to managing yourself, you need to be disciplined, first thing you should do it
wake up and write positive thinks, 2nd write what you will not do, 3rd be aware from the bad
information hat makes you miserable or sad, don’t eat bad food ( it doesn’t mean always eating
good but eat and take care of your health) 4th be with people who increase your positivity and
potential, meditate daily, belive in god daily.
So this is enough, now you know why you are not happy with your life, so now all you need to
manage yourself better, read more and more books even if you feel sleep.
