Hello everyone! Today we will talk about “ You become what you eat” this sentence is taken from Lord Buddha, we can
simply understanding this sentence that we become what we eat, but is it really that easy or we are not understanding
it fully, when someone tells you what you are eating than of course the first thought is the food we eat, and it is correct
too, but we don’t eat only food, We eat food for our body, The food we eat decides how good or powerful or healthy our
body will be, this is good that it is in our hands and we are most of the time aware from which is un healthy food and
which food is good for our body, but there are one more main thing that we are not aware, we eat food to fulfill our
body, what about mind? Yes of course we also feed our mind, but the bad thing is “ we are not aware from it that we
are feeding our mind” In the world of information technology we can get any information in just one click and that is so
good for us that we can get any knowledge we want from the information technology But the bad news is that we are
not aware of it or we don’t know what data is good for our mind, we are just putting it in our mind and the result?
Depression, restlessness this is all because of the garbage we are putting in our mind, so if you are not happy and
peaceful right now than analysis yourself what data you are putting in your mind? Today information technology is a
part of our life or internet is part of our life, but the bad thing is that it is becoming addiction for us, and trust me every
addiction will leads you to a disastrous life, So it is very important that you should be aware from what data or what
information you put in our mind, because he information you put in your mind will become your thought tomorrow , and
it will be your actions after someday, so I can say that you are doing something based on the illusion of the social media,
you are not living the life, “ you are living in the thoughts” and that is the reason why you are not happy, why you are
not peaceful, why you can’t achieve your goals or the thing you want to do because all you feed is negativity in your
mind, see you have to understand this simply but this is the reason why you can’t not achieve what you want
So now the question is how to change this situation
For changing this situation you should be aware first that what data is good or what information is good for you and
what is bad for you, let’s cover up some topic that will help you to get our of this –
meditate- Meditation is very powerful the real meaning of meditation is that “ you meet yourself”
Of course meditation is hard at first but slowly it become your habit, it will help you.
2- read more books- Books are the treasure of positive thought, it fulfill you with the positivity the greatness depend on
the book you are reading, so the more book you read the more you will be grow, and if you read 15 page a book
everyday you can be a master in next 10 years in a unque topic so let’t go fro it
3- association- a good group of friends is very important, you will be what your friends are so be careful which types of
friends you have
In last words I just want to say one thing “ you have this beautiful life, don’t waste in on just living in the thought, be
aware to life, look at the sky how beautiful it is, look at the nature how good it is, look at yourself how peaceful are you
in this nature just be aware my friends
