question is that how to make yourself your best friend, For this we must have to find what we are doing with us,

What is the one thing that is really disturb you ? What is that important thing that you are missing?

!- self evaluation – The true meaning of self evaluation means “ Finding your real self from the distractions of the
world “ This meaning evaluate a lot of things to you, every single person needs to evaluate himself once in a week or
once in a month depending on how good you are on” focus on one ambition”, Now what is the best way to evaluate
ourselves in he best way, First of all give a special time to yourself to evaluate yourself , Early morning time is best time
for the self evaluation, just do one thing to evaluate yourself in a best way is that don’t use phone before one hour
when you evaluate yourself, Because phone and social media is the biggest distraction you can have, so not using
phone befor one hour of evaluation will help you to keep your mind calm and peaceful.
2- Be aware from distraction_- Distraction means “ something or any thing that distracts you to chase your ambition,
or anything that destroy your peace” a simple meaning of distraction, now you have been evaluate yourself already
you know that what is your distractions you can easily find them and make yourself better. Social media is the greatest
that distracts you the most so I will suggest you to not to use social media much.

3- Cleaning up your body & mind - We can easily understand by cleaning up body but cleaning up mind? But this is also
important, like as what food we eat decides how clean our body is as well as “ What data we put in our mind decides
how clean our mind will be”, of course this is very important thing to get everything you want or be your best friend is
like your health is depend on your habits and what food you eat just like that we also consume lots of data in today’s
world of Information technology. And the bad thing is we consume most of the time is garbage so why do you think
that consuming or putting garbage in your mind can make you peaceful can make you happy ?
Like “ you don’t put un necessary date in your PC or in your electronic devices then why your put them in your mind ,
We should admit that” mind is our most powerful weapon, and the wisdom we have is our bullets “ , but the bad thing
in today’s world is that All people know that un wanted data should be clean up from the devices because it can be
hang but “ no one knows and understand that if they will put garbage in their mind their mind will be hanged hard and
it will be the biggest distruction of their life. Social media is the biggest distraction of us.
4- Manage yourself- Managing yourself means “ setting up your mindset in a way that makes you stick on one
ambition , most of time we are living emotions, of course it is good to be a emotional person we are human being,
But if our emotion became the cause of our distractions that is will be bad for up, to manage yourself better way we
must put positive thought in our mind, spent time with good people who encourage us, don’t thing much about life, be
grateful for the beauty of earth we can see, it wll help you to be your best friend
